How It Works:

At AMF, we’ve perfected the art of on-site roll forming, ensuring your project benefits from efficiency and precision. Here’s a breakdown of how our process works:

Initial Contact:

It all begins when you reach out to us at least two (2) weeks before your desired project start date. This lead time allows us to kickstart the planning process effectively.

Project Assessment:

Once you contact us, we swing into action. Our team will inspect your project location to ensure it meets the necessary criteria for on-site roll forming. This includes verifying accessibility and sufficient space for roll-forming operations.

Scheduling:

We’ll work closely with you to schedule the deployment of our portable metal roll-forming machine and a highly skilled operator. For larger and commercial projects, the project timeline may vary, and we’ll discuss this in detail during your initial consultation.

Eligibility Requirements:

To take advantage of our on-site roll forming service, your project site should meet the following requirements:

  • Contractors Only: This service is exclusively available to contractors.
  • Minimum Area: Your project should have a minimum area of 5,000 square feet.
  • Adequate Space: The location must provide sufficient space for roll-forming operations. When considering accessibility, keep in mind that you’ll need at least 30 feet of clearance from the roll former to the roof if you are ramping up to a roof.
  • Crew and Equipment: While we provide a skilled roll forming operator, you are responsible for ensuring that your project site has an adequate crew and any necessary equipment, such as forklifts or cranes, on-site at the time of your roll forming service. This ensures a smooth workflow once the panels are ready for installation.
  • Weather Considerations: Please be aware that our on-site roll-forming service is weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather conditions, such as rain or heavy winds, on the scheduled date, the service may need to be rescheduled for a later date to ensure safety and quality.

At AMF, we take pride in our commitment to delivering top-notch on-site roll-forming services, tailored to your unique project needs. Our goal is to provide you with a streamlined, hassle-free experience that results in the swift installation of high-quality metal panels. Contact us today to get with AMF On-site Roll Forming.
